What is 'Rate alert' feature? How does it work?

Customers can request for daily rate alerts or rate alerts for a particular value as well. Alerts will be sent to you on your Email ID & Mobile number. For Daily rate updates, alerts will be sent to you every morning at 11 AM IST.

Here's how you can get rate alerts

  • For Logged in Users
    1. Go to the 'Exchange Rates' tab from the 'Home' page
    2. Scroll down to the 'Rate Alert’ section.
    3. Check box on the type of rate alert that you want to receive. You can select the exact rate at which you want the alert by entering the corresponding INR value for the alert
    4. You will receive alerts on your registered Email ID as well as Mobile number. To stop the alerts, you simply have to 'Uncheck' the boxes
  • For Non-Logged in Users
    1. Click on 'Rate Alerts' on RemitMoney-Viamericas home page
    2. Check box on the type of rate alert that you want to receive. You can select the exact rate at which you want the alert by entering the corresponding INR value for the alert.
    3. Enter the Email address & mobile number on which you want to receive the alerts
    4. Click on 'Get Rate Alert' to receive alerts on the provided Email ID & Mobile number.
    5. You can also unsubscribe to the alerts by clicking on the link 'Click here'. A pop up will open. Enter your Email ID & Mobile number, then click on 'Stop alert' to stop the rate alerts from RemitMoney
