You can create the image of the document by scanning it on a traditional scanner or by taking a photograph of the document with your phone or digital camera. If you take a picture of the document with your phone you will most likely need to email the image to your personal email account and then save it to your computer's hard drive. If you use a digital camera to take a picture of the document, you will need to either connect the camera to your computer and download the file or use the removable media drive to move the document to your computer. If you are scanning the document you will also save the image to your computer's hard drive. Remember the document must be up to 3MB to be uploaded correctly to our website. Once the document is saved on your hard drive you will need to login into your RemitMoney-Viamericas service account. Click on My Profile and you will find the link for Document Uploads. Click on the Browse button and then select the file from your hard drive. Please keep the following points in mind when you upload the document
➢ Please ensure that you upload the colored copy/scan of the 'First' and 'Last' page of unexpired and valid document
➢ You can select & upload multiple documents by clicking on 'Ctrl' + selecting multiple files
➢ The entire document should be visible and text should be clear
