On the top right side of the home page, click on the 'Get Started' tab; a registration page will open.
Register & create a Login ID with password by providing your details such as Name , Email ID & Password
Agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the 'Checkbox' next to it and Click on 'Register Now'. It's as simple as that!
You will then be directed to the 'Receiver Details' page where you have to enter the details of the beneficiary whom you want to send the funds.
You will then come to the 'Payment Booking' page. Fill in the amount you want to send & select 'Offer' from the dropdown (if any)
The exact amounts that you will send and the amount which will be received by your beneficiary is clearly displayed along with benefit (If any) & Exchange rate applied. The exact Date & time of delivery will also be displayed along with the next steps in 'Tracker'
Click on 'Next Step' to proceed to the 'Sender Details' page
Provide your details such as Complete address & contact number & upload any one coloured ID proof out of SSN / Passport / Driving license on the 'Sender Details' page
Once you confirm the document you will be providing, you will have to upload the document. Please make sure that the document is less than 3 MB in size. Adhere to the guidelines for the document upload.
Adhere to the guidelines that you have to follow while uploading the document which are shown on the pop up by clicking on 'Yes, I understand'
Upload the document. You can also select multiple documents by Pressing Ctrl key and selecting multiple documents
After uploading the document, Click on 'Next Step' to proceed
Please note: Uploading a document is mandatory for Instant payments. For those customers who don't want to upload documents, RemitMoney allows them to proceed without the upload of document. However, in this case the customer can only avail Internet banking Push transfer which takes 2 working days to get processed & not Instant transfer
These customers can click on 'None'
& then click on 'Push-Internet banking 2 days' to proceed with Internet Banking transfer.
Once a customer uploads a document & clicks on Next step, he/she is directed to Payment confirmation page where he/she has to enter his/her foreign bank account details
The customer can also review the transaction details by clicking on 'I want to Review the payment details entered earlier'. You can also 'Edit' the details here
After reviewing the details, Click on 'Confirm & proceed for Instant payment'
As it is customer's 1st transaction, the customer will have to do a 1 time account verification with Yodlee (Our partner service provider). The customer will be directed to Yodlee site where they will have to enter their foreign bank login credentials to authenticate. Once successfully authenticated, they will be directed to 'Receipt' page.

Your transaction is complete. You can see the Real time tracker on the page with the expected date & time of credit. Your unique Transaction reference number is also mentioned which will act as your reference number for all future communication pertaining to this transaction. Updates will also be sent to customer's registered Email & phone number at each step.
You can download the Receipt as well check the Reward points that you have earned on this transaction
The customer can also Edit or Cancel payment within 30 minutes of transaction booking by clicking on 'Edit or Cancel Payment'. The customer can also make a new payment by clicking on 'New payment'
The customer can Refer RemitMoney by clicking on 'Like' or give us a feedback on clicking on 'Dislike' icon
Existing user
Remitter has to visit the site www.remitmoney.com
On the top right side of the home page, click on the 'Login' tab; the Login page will open.
Login to your RemitMoney account with your Login credentials which are 'Email ID' with which you registered & 'Password' that you set. Click on 'Login'
You will now enter your RemitMoney account. On the 'Home', click on the 'Pay Now' tab at the top
You can either 'Add new receiver' or send funds to an existing receiver by clicking on 'Send Money'. You can also edit the earlier added receiver details and send money to him/her by clicking on 'Edit & Send'
You can also repeat an exact existing transaction. In the Repeat payment section, Click on 'Send Money' for the corresponding transaction that you want to repeat. It will directly take you to 'Payment Confirmation' screen.
After selecting the beneficiary, you will then be directed to 'Payment Booking' page where you have to enter the amount you want to send in the 'Sending Amount' field. You can enter the amount that you want to send either in your 'Foreign currency' or in 'INR' by selecting one from the drop down.
Enter the amount you want to send. You can select an offer from the drop down or enter the promo cod
You will know the exact 'Credit date & time' from the tracker at the bottom of the page. Click on 'Next Step' to proceed
Either select a bank account from the 'Dropdown' or add a new sender bank account by clicking on 'Add new Sender Account'
Review your transaction details & Click on 'Confirm Payment' to complete the transaction
