If the customer is an existing customer then, he'll click on 'Login' and enter his email-id and password.
Then the customer will be taken to a post login screen where he can send money to an old receiver or add a new receiver.
If the customer clicks on 'Pay now' option, he'll be taken directly to the payment booking page (Refer to Step 9.). If the customer clicks on 'Add new receiver' then he'll be taken to the page where he has to add 'Receiver's details' (Refer to Step 8.).
If the customer is a new customer, then he'll click on 'Sign Up' option.
Post that the customer will be taken to the below page where he'll have to enter his registration details
The customer will then complete the sign up process by verifying the OTP sent to his provided email-id.
The customer will be then taken to the post Login section where he can start the process of booking a transaction on Remitmoney. The first page will include 'receiver's details'
The customer will then click on 'Next step' and will be taken to 'Payment Booking' page where he'll have to enter the below details:
The customer can then click on 'Next step' to move to 'Sender Details' page where he has to enter the following details:
Post clicking on 'confirm Booking' the customer will be taken to the 'payment Confirmation' page with the following details:
The customer will get the steps to push funds through his Internet Banking to our Nostro account. The Nostro account details will be mentioned to the customer on the payment confirmation page.
The customer can then proceed by clicking on 'Thanks, I understand'.
On the final screen the customer will get the option to 'download receipt'.
